We are Francesco and Ada, brother and sister,

and we would like to share our parental home with our guests.

Information

• Suitable for children;  availability of gate security access for "please let us know at the time of booking
• Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas
• Pets are welcome but must be declared at the time of booking
• It is allowed to park the bikes in the inner courtyard
• Free use of BBQ, but it is not allowed to leave unattended when turned on
• It is not allowed to organize parties and events
  

Rules

• To reach the beedrooms  and / or bathroom, you must use the stairs or the second external access which is equipped with an electric lock
• We are offering the entire property, except for two rooms which are reserved for maintenance purposes.
• Children are welcome and are staying for free
• Free self check-in is available on request
• Respect hours of silence at night as current rules
