The host grants the property for tourist short-term rentals, the accommodation is delivered clean, equipped with bed linen and towels, electricity, water and gas, TV service, washing machine, dishwasher and free wi-fi. Check-in is at 17.00 and Check-out is at 10.00. If needed, the host will be able to be more flexible regarding these hours. Access is allowed through the automatic check-in system upon request after sending the identification documents of the guests, guaranteeing the host the possibility of checking identification card/passports.
The guest are expected to preserve and take care of the structure and the objects, to respect the privacy of access to the service area, to agree with the host on the time of entry to the green area outside.
